Summary:

Tour does not include hotel pick up; departure is from the first stop on the tour (specifics provided on your E-Ticket). Rates are per person in US Dollars. Please reserve online or call 888-317-1292 for reservations or more information. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Your ticket is valid for the entire day (during operating hours), but if you take the city tour straight through without hopping off and on, the tour will last 60 minutes until you return to the starting point. If you are not familiar with Frankfurt, you may want to ride the tour straight through the first time around, in order to form your ideas of where you want to hop off and back on to see the attractions that are of most interest to you.

The buses come around to each stop approximately every 60 minutes from Monday through Thursday, and approximately every 30 minutes on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. During peak summer months, the frequency is often every 30 minutes throughout the week.

This tour operates rain or shine, all year round except: January 1, July 5, July 18, September 6, October 25, December 25, and December 26.

Pre-recorded tour narration is available in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, and Korean.
